I have to renew my card driving licence as I have had it 10 years.
Ok that's not the problem, its how you can pay for it??? send a cheque? I don't have a cheque book, its 2013! you cant send cash for obvious reasons, I don't really even carry cash anymore.
Surely in this day and age I can pay by card or Paypal or something electronic! I dont want to have to go to the bank or post office, Im a very busy person and don't have time for these luxury visits.
Sort it out DVLA get with the times!
